Program Description
This free, family-centered, trauma-informed program is designed to strengthen nurturing parenting skills. The curriculum covers a range of important topics, including children’s growth and development, personal power and self-worth, managing and communicating feelings, effective discipline and behavior management, establishing nurturing routines, managing anger and stress, and exploring cultural and parenting traditions.

Co-parenting isn't always easy, but with the right tools, it can become healthier and more effective for both parents and children.
Join SAFE for a free, three-hour Co-Parenting Class designed for parents who want to strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and create a more positive co-parenting relationship. Participants will learn practical strategies to keep children at the center of decision-making, navigate disagreements respectfully, and build a more stable environment for their family.
This class is free, but space is limited and pre-registration is required.
